A Comprehensive Processing and Extraction Facility.

Designed to address the emerging and fundamental problems in the U.S. (and global) hemp processing and extraction sector of:

• insufficient extraction and processing capacity;
• lack of economic scale efficiencies;
• inconsistent output quality;
• limited reliable testing capabilities;
• limited/narrow breadth of product; and
• most importantly – high and unsustainable marginal operating costs.

In conjunction with an experienced Engineering and Construction Management firm, we are in final planning and expect to soon begin construction of an ecologically and economically efficient 50,000 lbs./day (dried hemp biomass) extractor/ processor/manufacturer – making it one of the largest such endeavors in the United States.

Our expertise and experience in this area will allow us to process in the most environmentally sustainable method while making full use of the many hemp processing derivatives (from bast-fiber, to hurd, to terpenes, cannabinoids and flavonoids, to building products, to graphene and carbon-based energy storage components.)

It is our belief that “alternative” hemp derivatives will ultimately be even more important than today’s phyto-cannabinoid rich wellness and medical products. New Mexico STAR is working to provide both innovative “Advanced Carbon” and “Building Materials and Systems” manufacturing as part of our state-of-the-art Albuquerque facility.
